Exercise Classes for All Ages and Skill Levels - Helping You Have a Fun Workout

Children's ballet and the Karate are just a few of the recreation classes we offer throughout the year. With classes designed for adults and children, you and your family are sure to find a fun fitness option that's right for you. We work to provide our members and guests with activities that inspire new interests and hobbies that encourage fitness and an active lifestyle. These are additional classes that you and your family can pay to join. Prices are different for each class and new sessions begin every quarter! Ballet (Ages 6-12)

The core curriculum covers vocabulary, correct placement of the body, feet, head and arms, study of the five basic positions and all elementary movements.
Dress code
Girls: Solid color leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers.
Boys: Solid t-shirt, shorts and black ballet shoes.
No house slippers or tutus please.

Creative Movements (Ages 3-5)

We focus on creating a safe, fun and educational environment for children to experiment with movement and self-expression. This class teaches introductory skills in improvisation, rhythm and body awareness.

Karate (Ages 5 and above) Offered Monthly

Our instructors teach the basic techniques beginning with stances, blocks and turns, discipline and responsibility for one’s own actions are highly stressed. This class accommodates both beginning and advanced students.

Team Broadway Jr. and Sr.

This class explores song, movement and acting. Students will work on dance numbers and scenes from well-known Broadway musicals and gain valuable performance experience from a showcase at the end of the program. Course registration includes a photo CD of the final recital.

Youth Tennis Lessons (Ages 5-16)

Students will have fun while learning tennis! This class is for beginners and teaches students fundamentals such as scoring and serving, as well as instruction on strokes, strategy, rules, terms and equipment. Lessons are available for a variety of levels.
Ages 5 - 8 Monday 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Ages 9 - 16 Monday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Private Tennis Lessons

Cross Training

Get stronger, leaner and faster with CRF Cross Training! Cross Training is a combination of different exercise techniques that keeps your body guessing and changing. Through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), performance-based training, cardiovascular and aerobic exercises and Powerlifting, CRF Cross Training classes will help improve your endurance, agility and strength....and, of course, with a little nutrition advice, help melt that fat away!

N.E.X.T. - Boot Camp

You’ve done all of the boot camps, so what comes NEXT? Neuromuscular Exercise Training (N.E.X.T.) is a program designed by Charles Rollins Fitness to push your fitness to the NEXT level. N.E.X.T. will help you burn fat, increase speed and coordination, improve range of motion and flexibility, as well as increase muscle mass and gain endurance. Our instructors help you to perfect basic exercises and build on that knowledge to increase effectiveness.
