Drayson Center collaborates with the nutrition departments in the LLU School of Allied Health Professions and LLU School of Public Health to provide a variety of nutrition counseling, classes, coaching, and other services for Drayson Center members.
The Gut & Hormone Harmonizer Program is a group hybrid coaching program designed to help individuals struggling with gas, bloating, diarrhea or constipation, unintentional weight gain, disturbed sleep, hot flashes, night sweats, and a number of other issues.
Presented by JeJe Noval, PhD, assistant professor in the School of Allied Health Professions, the program consists of the following:
- 8 weekly group sessions
- A one-on-one session with the dietitian
- GI Map Stool Test
- Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test
- Personalized approach
- Accountability
- Private group chat
The current group will meet Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30 p.m., January 11 to March 1, 2023.
