Classes for All Fitness Levels
The Drayson Center offers a variety of low-impact classes for senior members that are included with membership. Classes are available for all fitness levels, and we encourage you to try new techniques to support strength and flexibility training. These classes are open to all of our members and guests, but are specifically designed with seniors in mind.
Aerobics Classes and Personal Training Designed with You in Mind
Several of our classes, particularly the Chair Aerobics class, are conducted entirely in a seated position with tension bands and hand weights. These classes are taught at a more moderate pace to accommodate those with disabilities, but still give you a great workout! We also have personal trainers who specializes in senior training and can help you design a fitness program that is personalized for your needs.

The Just for Seniors 65+ Membership

Seniors (65+) receive a special, discounted membership rate. Joining the Drayson Center is quick and easy – no contracts or initiation fees to worry about.
Senior Hours
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
