By Larry Kidder | The addition of two Spin Express aerobics classes—each 30 minutes in length—means that you can work in a spin class during lunch on Wednesdays.
Two new spin classes at Drayson Center are designed expressly for those who want to slip in a quick spin class in the middle of their Wednesday workday. Spin Express classes are now available from 12:00-12:30 p.m. and 12:45-1:15 p.m. on Wednesdays, led by spin instructor Faith Magistrado.
These shortened classes are not short on building your strength and endurance. Within just 30 minutes, you will be challenged and burn calories at the same time. Stay by for one, or double your workout by staying for both. These classes are free of charge for members or those who buy day passes.
Burn those calories you just consumed—or soon will—before they can do any damage. And just think: you'll be less likely to fall asleep during those long afternoon meetings or sitting at your desk.
Go ahead; take a short spin on Wednesdays.
